Business Leaders Malta is a fully-fledged company with distinct brands specialising in conference management, education, and market, employee and media research solutions.
The term BLM is synonymous with the organisation of their out-of-the-ordinary annual business conference which sets the benchmark for similar events on the island due to its trademark vibrancy and an unwavering commitment to inspire entrepreneurial and operational minds.
In 2012, the BLM brand evolved with the introduction of the BLM Employee Research which is a research study focusing on employee and employer dynamics. Participants of the BLM Employee Research are eligible for the BLM Awards that are presented annually to the top scoring firms.
In 2014, BLM launched its market research arm Esprimi. Esprimi is an innovative market research company specialising in online surveys as well as traditional research methods. Esprimi also runs its own online research community known as the Esprimi Community. In 2017, Esprimi extended its research line with the introduction of Media Insights, a media research tool which gathers an abundance of data on local media consumption that companies can examine and filter to inform their advertising campaigns.
Another piece of the BLM product puzzle is the Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS), formerly known as the Academy of Business Leaders. Our first programme was launched in late 2013 after organising 24 insight workshops on various business topics. CMBS is licensed as a Further/Higher Education Institution with the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) and is an accredited centre of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the City & Guilds of London Institute, the Organisation for Tourism and Hospitality Management (OTHM), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) and Dublin City University.
