This workshop provides an opportunity for business leaders and HR professionals to reflect on their own organisations and discuss how coaching and mentoring may support the continued success of their teams.Participants will develop an increased understanding of the role workplace coaching and mentoring, learn how organisations are working towards a coaching and mentoring culture and how managers can explore their own role as ‘coach’ further.
