This year's BLM Employee Research winners: Overall Winner (10 – 59 Employees) Microsoft Malta, Overall Winner (60 – 149 Employees) Brown's Pharma Limited, Overall Winner (150+ Employees) Arkadia Limited.

The BLM Employee Research is an online study that provides valuable insight on employee perception on various aspects within an organisation. Participating organisations are clustered in three categories which are defined by company size and the highest scoring organisation in each category is acknowledged by receiving an award. This year, Microsoft Malta was the winner in the 10-59 employees category, Brown's Pharma Limited was the award winner in the 60-149 employees category and Arkadia Limited was the overall winner of the 150+ employees category.

This survey is designed to examine the successes and shortcomings of human capital management strategies and provides key decision makers with actionable information that can be crucial in the strategic design of an organisation’s yearly HR roadmap.  This survey is also designed to provide a snapshot of how an organisation fares when compared to other organisations in the market.

The Awards for the 2014 edition of the Business Leaders’ Employee Research, were presented at the very first Business Leaders Malta HR Spring Event, which took place on April 29th at the newly refurbished Radisson BLU, St Julian’s. The Event saw over a hundred HR professionals gather to listen to the experience, challenges and insight of four keynote speakers, amongst which was Dr Denis Cauvier, one of North America’s top speakers and consultants on finding, engaging and retaining exceptional talent.
