Employee Voice Awards 2019

We are pleased to announce that Smart Technologies Ltd and the Malta Gaming Authority have emerged as the top employers at the 2019 Business Leaders Malta Employee Voice Awards.

Following the Employee Voice survey which includes 60 questions and taps into 8 domains, Smart Technologies Lt. and the Malta Gaming Authority have been crowned winners of the Employee Voice Awards demonstrating that they provide the highest standard of employee engagement and satisfaction in the workplace in each of their categories (up to 149 employees and 150+ employees respectively).

The winners were officially announced last Friday during the Business Leaders Annual Conference which took place at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta. The awards were delivered by Business Leaders Malta's CEO, Morgan Parnis and Esprimi's Director of Research, Vanessa Bajada.

This year, Business Leaders Malta also called on stage those employers that received high employee engagement, satisfaction and response rate scores. These employers were awarded the Business Leaders Malta 'Employer of Choice' certificate in a bid to recognise their outstanding work in employee engagement and satisfaction.

The Business Leaders Malta Employee Voice Awards honours the most successful Employee Voice participants for their outstanding work in employee engagement and satisfaction. Through this research tool, Business Leaders Malta hopes to offer companies insights on which levers to pull to better engage their workforce, boost company productivity, and increase employee happiness.
