About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated individuals to join our academy’s administrative team on a full-time/reduced hours and part-time basis. The successful candidates will represent the ethos and culture of the academy as its main point of contact for students and tutors and should, therefore, be very customer orientated and excellent communicators.
The successful candidates will work in a busy environment and be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the day-to-day running of the academy’s related administrative tasks. It is therefore imperative that the chosen candidates are highly organised and affluent with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel), and can multitask and work under pressure. Due to the nature of our projects and audience, candidates who speak both Maltese and English will be given preference. An understanding of accounts will also be considered an asset.

The successful candidates will work on a full-time/reduced hours or part-time basis from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am. Applicants are kindly asked to state their preference in their application email. Pro rata rates apply for part-timers and candidates working reduced hours.
